The rules of membership at JAICLUB — clear, complete and fair to both sides. Please read them before you register or play. Effective 1 July 2026.
Effective date: 1 July 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JAICLUB, operator of the jaiclub official website and the jaiclub app. They govern your registration, jaiclub login, gameplay, bonuses, deposits and withdrawals. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming commitments, which are incorporated by reference.
By creating an account, completing a jaiclub register flow, logging in or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the platform. Where a specific promotion carries its own published rules, those rules apply in addition to these Terms; if they conflict, the promotion-specific rules prevail for that promotion only.

Your account credentials are personal to you. You must keep your password confidential, must not share access with anyone and should enable two-factor authentication and biometric login in the jaiclub app for stronger protection. You are responsible for all activity carried out through a successful jaiclub login to your account, unless it results from a security failure on our side. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@jaiclub83.com immediately so we can freeze the account. We will never ask for your full password by email, chat or phone. Deposits are credited to your balance once confirmed by the payment provider and carry no JAICLUB fee. Funds deposited must be used for play; the platform is not a banking or money-transfer service, and deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without meaningful gameplay may be reviewed and returned to source. Withdrawals are paid to a payment method registered in your own name, normally the method used to deposit. Identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes, though timing can vary with the chosen method and with any additional verification we are required to perform. We may set reasonable minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier before you confirm any transaction.
Every jaiclub bonus — welcome packages, cashback, free spins, tournament prizes and VIP rewards — is governed by transparent terms published on the Bonuses and Promotions pages, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry dates. Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, device and IP address unless a promotion states otherwise. We may withhold or reclaim bonus funds and winnings derived from them where a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of its terms. Cancelling a bonus before its wagering requirement is complete removes the bonus amount and any winnings attached to it, while your real-money balance remains untouched.

In return, we expect fair use from every member: play the games as designed, within the published rules, using an unmodified client. In the rare event of a software error, game malfunction or obviously incorrect payout, the affected rounds are void; stakes are returned and any winnings resulting from the malfunction are removed. We aim to detect and communicate such incidents quickly and transparently.

The JAICLUB name, logo, website design, app, text, graphics and all related materials are owned by us or licensed to us by game studios and other partners. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for entertainment. You may not copy, modify, scrape, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform, or use our trademarks — including in domain names or advertising — without prior written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep JAICLUB online, fast and error-free, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of expected winnings, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages and third-party payment failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud. Where liability does arise, it is limited to the amount held in your account balance at the time of the relevant event.
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@jaiclub83.com; any verified withdrawable balance is returned to you. We may suspend or close an account, with reasons given wherever legally possible, if these Terms are breached, if required by law or regulation, or if verification cannot be completed. Self-exclusion closures requested through our responsible gaming tools take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Sections concerning intellectual property, liability and disputes survive termination.
We may amend these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. Material amendments are announced at least 14 days in advance by email and by an in-platform notice at your next jaiclub login. The effective date above always shows the version in force. If you continue to use the platform after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes apply.
